The Blue and the Special Fish

L’Escull is an underwater islet that rises from a sandy seabed at a maximum depth of 32 meters, emerging toward the surface as a vertical pinnacle. A beautiful Y-shaped cave crosses through this islet at a depth of 22 meters. It’s suitable only for advanced divers. At a certain point while passing through, you’ll lose natural light—only to be met with a stunning backlight as the tunnel splits into two exits.

Inside, you might encounter a conger eel emerging from its hideout to greet you. This dive is recommended with a 15-liter tank for divers with higher air consumption.

The dive ends over a reef beside the islet, featuring several arches to swim through and a vertical tunnel to descend. In this area, you’ll find plenty of marine life such as barracudas, dentex, and large schools of fish.
