The Les Illes diving center was founded in the hotel of the same name, a former village inn run by the current owner's great-grandparents.

The influx of divers who came to L'Estartit, attracted by the prestige of diving in the Medes Islands, encouraged them to open the center and take advantage of its unbeatable location opposite the port and 10 minutes from the islands.

Today, it remains one of the authorized diving companies in the reserve and maintains its family-run atmosphere and friendly customer service.
