As is typical in the Medes Islands, you can easily observe a wide variety of marine species, with a special highlight on the frequent presence of nudibranchs and other small marine creatures—an absolute delight for divers and, above all, underwater photographers.

The dive follows several groups of large boulders, likely fallen from the islands, resting on the seabed and leading into a Posidonia seagrass meadow.
This is an ideal dive site for beginners, with a gentle, gradual slope and excellent protection from the typical Garbí winds that often blow on summer afternoons.
Salpatxot is a small reef located very close to Meda Gran, on its northern side. Diving here is regulated, with a limited number of daily permits managed directly by the dive center.
